All watches labeled as Price On Request / Special Order will be shipped in 2-5 business days from the order date. Because these are items specially ordered from our supplier to fulfill the order, there is a slight delay compared to our regular, in-stock inventory.

All items available for purchase are ready to ship the same day. We generally ship the same day. Shipments go out Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Pre-Shipment Process

Each watch is pulled from our showcase and verified against the website listing. The timepiece's box and papers are added to the package to match the description in our website listing.

The watch then goes to our expert watchmakers, where it undergoes a series of tests using state-of-the-art equipment. The watchmaking team runs this final stage of testing to ensure the proper cosmetic condition, timing accuracy, and water resistance (when applicable).

Shipment Process

UPS or FedEx will inspect, securely pack, and ship your order. Orders can be shipped to your billing address. Shipments are fully insured and securely packed. A signature is required at the time of delivery or pickup.

We are obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to NY State addresses.

We will buy back your watch for 80% of the original purchase price, provided it meets the following conditions.

Eligibility Period

This policy applies to watches purchased from us within one (1) year of the original purchase date.

Condition Requirements

The watch must be returned in the same condition as when it was sold, with no additional signs of wear, damage, or alterations. All original items, including the box, papers, certificates, straps, and accessories, must be included and in the same condition as received. If applicable, the watch must not have undergone any unauthorized servicing or repairs during the ownership period.

Evaluation Process

Upon return, our team will inspect the watch to ensure it meets the condition requirements. Any discrepancies (e.g., additional wear, missing items, or modifications) may result in adjustments to the buy-back value or disqualification from the policy.

Exclusions
