Buy-Back Value
We will buy back your watch for 80% of the original purchase price, provided it meets the following conditions.
Eligibility Period
This policy applies to watches purchased from us within one (1) year of the original purchase date.
Condition Requirements
The watch must be returned in the same condition as when it was sold, with no additional signs of wear, damage, or alterations. All original items, including the box, papers, certificates, straps, and accessories, must be included and in the same condition as received. If applicable, the watch must not have undergone any unauthorized servicing or repairs during the ownership period.
Evaluation Process
Upon return, our team will inspect the watch to ensure it meets the condition requirements. Any discrepancies (e.g., additional wear, missing items, or modifications) may result in adjustments to the buy-back value or disqualification from the policy.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for the buy-back program:
- Watches sold as part of a final sale
- Discounted or clearance items
- Customized pieces
- Watches damaged by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
How to Initiate a Buy-Back
To begin the process, please contact us with your proof of purchase, photos of the watch, and any additional details for a preliminary evaluation. After approval, the watch must be shipped securely to our designated address or delivered in person, as arranged.
Payment
Payment will be issued via the original payment method or another agreed-upon method within 15 business days of the final inspection and approval.
